DANIEL CUDKOWICZ

President

Daniel is a third-year concentrating in finance and economics with a Russian minor. In his second year Daniel worked at Bain & Company in the Private Equity Group as the only second-year Associate Consultant Intern in the company. This upcoming summer, Daniel is working at Roark Capital, a private equity firm with $40 billion under management focused on consumer facing multi-unit businesses.

CARLY APPEL

VP of Membership

Carly Appel is a third-year student from Atlanta, GA majoring in Commerce and Statistics. She has been in SEED since her first semester and is looking forward to leading recruiting this semester. This past summer, she worked at North Highland as a Management Consulting Intern. She's looking forward to joining Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant Intern in NY next summer.

 

Outside of SEED, Carly serves on the executive board of Alpha Kappa Psi and Business and AI Club. Through Madison House, she is a Program Director for SOCA and Hot Shots. In her free time, Carly enjoys taking walks with friends, pilates, and listening to country music.

JP MEYER

VP of Projects

JP is a third-year from Annapolis, Maryland, majoring in Economics and Data Science. This is his third year in SEED Consulting where he has worked as a project analyst, project leader, and joined the Exec team as the VP of Projects. Other than SEED, he is a member of Global Markets Group, CASH Volunteering through Madison House, and is a huge advocate for mental health. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, golf, watching football, and sailing.

MARSHALL WENGER

VP of Finance

Marshall Wenger is a third-year student from Swarthmore, PA majoring in Commerce. He has been in SEED since his first year and has worked on projects for UVIMCO and FinMango.

Outside of SEED, Marshall is the founder and former president of the Virginia Alzheimer’s Alliance, an analyst for the McIntire Investment Institute, a volunteer tax preparer for CASH, and a member of St. Anthony Hall. He also runs a real estate photography business which recently led him to get his Virginia real estate license. In his free time, Marshall enjoys playing the bass for his band (Irish Exit), playing basketball, and watching Philadelphia sports.

MARIE MOEMEKA

VP of Training and Development

Marie is a Third-Year in the McIntire School of Commerce studying Management & Marketing on the Global Commerce Track, and is minoring in Public Writing and Rhetoric. Marie is the Vice President of Training and Development for SEED, the President of Virginia Alzheimer’s Alliance and a member of Undergraduate Women in Law and Women’s Business Forum. In her free time, Marie enjoys volleyball, tennis, and watching Formula 1.

LIAM TUOHY

VP of Training and Development

Liam Tuohy is a third-year from South Salem, NY studying Systems Engineering with a minor in Engineering Business. He joined SEED last fall, has worked as a project member with FinMango, and is looking forward to helping lead member training. 

 

Outside of SEED, Liam is a volunteer firefighter in Charlottesville and South Salem, an analyst for the Virginia Consulting Group, member of the Virginia Men’s Rugby team, and a bouncer at Trinity Irish Pub. He also enjoys hiking and doing crossword puzzles in his free time.

SAAHAS GOWDA

VP of External Relations

Saahas is a third year from Haymarket, VA studying Commerce. He joined SEED in the fall of his first year, since working with clients like UVIMCO and leading projects for TBH and Cycling w/o Age. He now helps build relationships with clients for SEED.

 

Last summer, he interned at IDEMIA in their Business Development division. In addition to SEED, he is actively involved in Charlottesville Debate League, Global Markets Group, and Housing and Residence Life. In his free time, he enjoys watching political dramas, supporting Boston sports teams, and exploring the area.

ELIZABETH COHEN

Director of Membership

Elizabeth Cohen is a third-year from Ashburn, Virginia majoring in Commerce and minoring in French. She has been a member of SEED since her first semester and is excited to recruit the next cohort of SEEDlings this fall. Last summer, she worked as a Digital and Integrated Marketing Intern with CFA Institute. 


 

Outside of SEED, Elizabeth is a Trained Facilitator with the One Love Foundation, a tax preparation assistant through CASH, and an executive member of the Virginia Riding Team. She is also a member of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority and Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity. Elizabeth enjoys traveling (she is a dual citizen!), going to Solidcore classes, and playing pickleball.

MIKE EDWARDS

Director of Membership

Mike Edwards is a third year from Stamford, CT studying Commerce with minors in both Computer Science and Real Estate. He joined SEED in the fall, and has worked as a project member for Dream Finders Homes and, most recently, a project leader for EduAvenues. He joined Crescent Pine Family Office Group as a wealth management intern this past summer. 

 

Outside of SEED, Mike is a volunteer firefighter in both Charlottesville and Stamford. He is also an analyst for VUREC and brother of the Gamma Iota Sigma Professional Business Fraternity. In his free time, Mike tends to his honeybees, enjoys metal detecting for historical artifacts, and goes fishing with friends.

MICHAEL KISH

Director of Projects

Michael is a third-year student from Richmond, VA majoring in Commerce and Economics. With SEED, he has worked as a project member and project leader for clients including iXperience and UBall. Now one of SEED’s Directors of Projects, he supports project leaders and their teams by providing training, resources, and mentorship as they develop their deliverables each semester. Michael will be joining Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant Intern in their DC office next summer.

Outside of SEED, Michael competes with UVA’s Undergraduate Moot Court team in simulated appellate law cases nationwide. He also serves as a Program Director with C.A.S.H, a Madison House organization which provides free tax preparation services to members of the Charlottesville community, and is involved with UVA’s branch of The Navigators Christian Ministry. He spends his free time fishing, hiking, and playing fantasy football (it’s been several years since he won a championship).

ALEXA GUERRERA

Director of Projects

Alexa Guerrera is a third-year from Bay Head, New Jersey, concentrating in Finance and Accounting. Alexa joined SEED in the fall of her first year and has had the pleasure of working with Springbok Analytics, Roots Natural Kitchen, and College Contact. Through SEED, Alexa has discovered a passion for finance and providing innovative solutions to clients. This summer, she interned with Morgan Stanley in their Wealth Management division. Following her third year, Alexa will be joining Rothschild & Co as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst.

 

Outside of SEED, Alexa is an Assistant Producer for the ACC Network and serves on the executive team for Relay for Life. In her free time, Alexa enjoys cooking, running, watching sports, and playing the piano.

SRIMAAN SURIBHOTLA

Director of Finance

Srimaan Suribhotla is a third-year from Richmond, VA studying Economics and Applied Statistics. He joined SEED in his first semester and has worked with BuyVerde and FinMango. This year he is looking forward to working with the finance team.

 

Outside of SEED, Srimaan is a part of the TAMID Group, works as a Digital Media Consultant at Robertson Media Center at Clemons Library, and competes on Virginia Ke Aashiq (Bollywood-Fusion Dance Team). In his free time, Srimaan enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with friends, and coming up with startup ideas.

DAWSON CHITWOOD

Director of External Relations

Dawson Chitwood is a fourth-year from Charlottesville, VA, studying mechanical engineering and economics.  He joined SEED in his second year and has worked as a project member and leader with both FinMango and BuyVerde.  He is excited by the opportunity to continue developing project opportunities at SEED.

 

Outside of SEED, Dawson is a member of the men's varsity lacrosse program, on the executive team at Zeta Psi Fraternity, and runs a small business with hometown friends.  He has worked in carpentry and construction and enjoys woodworking and car mechanics in his free time.

VIVAAN KHANDELWAL

Director of External Relations

Vivaan is a third-year student from Mumbai, India intending to major in Commerce and Computer Science. He has been a part of SEED since his first semester, working with several startups as a project member and project leader.

 

Outside of SEED, Vivaan is an analyst for McIntire Investment Institute, a debate instructor for Charlottesville Debate League, a teaching assistant for CS 111x and the Outreach Chair for Bharatiya Council. In his free time, Vivaan enjoys Formula 1 racing, soccer, and exploring restaurants in Charlottesville.

ALEX PESKIN

Director of Finance

Alex Peskin is a second-year from Richmond, VA, intending to study Commerce. He joined SEED in his first semester, where he worked as a project member with FinMango and joined SEED's Executive Board his second semester. He now works with the Finance team to raise and manage funds for the organization.

 

Outside of SEED, Alex is a part of the Virginia Venture Fund, Madison House Board of Directors, Global Markets Group, and is the Sponsorship Chair for the UVA Club Pickleball Team. In his free time, Alex enjoys tennis, pickleball, and visiting new coffee shops.
